Prince Harry’s Invictus Games Gets a Boost from Famous Friends (Hint: Think Two DWTSFavorites!)
“On Thursday, Invictus Orlando revealed its two latest celebrity ambassadors exclusively to PEOPLE: Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough and DWTS champion Shawn Johnson”, noted PEOPLE magazines Michelle Tauber.
“These athletes and warriors are shining examples of perseverance and strength,” Hough said in a statement, “and it’s an honor to be able to support them in any way that I can.” Added Olympic gold medalist Johnson: “I am beyond excited!”
“Hough and Johnson join Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins – another DWTS alum! – as ambassadors for the Paralympic competition featuring more than 500 competitors from 15 nations”.
