William Reynolds, Retired U.S. Army Captain, Participating in the Invictus Games

Captain Reynolds highlights what the Invictus Games mean to him and other service members – The Games serve as a “way for us to demonstrate our resiliency and show that although our physical appearance or our mobility stature has changed, we are still able to compete at a high level, whether that is through athletics, we are able to transition into the civilian corporate sector if we are no longer able to serve in the military and have productive jobs and still give back to society. Showing that ability to triumph over adversity is one of the biggest things that the Games mean to all of us”.
Invictus Games 2016, will take place from May 8 – May 12, 2016 at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando Florida.
