Dining
Q: What dining options are available at ESPN Wide World of Sports?
A: ESPN Wide World of Sports offers several dining options for its event participants and spectators. Options include full-service dining at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill, Boxed Lunches for Teams, Snack Carts, and more. Not all dining options are available during events so be sure to check online at espnwwos.com for dates, hours of operation and availability.
Q: What types of food and beverages are available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
A: Our menu items include a variety of options including burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and fresh salads, as well as an assortment of desserts and beverages. The ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill has a full bar which is open during regular restaurant operating hours. We also have concession stands and traveling food carts that offer snack items including peanuts, pretzels, popcorn, bottled drinks and more. These are located throughout the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The locations and operating hours will vary depending on competition schedules.
Q: Does the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex offer meal options for guests with special dietary requirements or food allergies? What about the Walt Disney World® Resort?
A: Both the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and the Walt Disney World® Resort offer culinary options to meet many alternative dietary needs. When making dining reservations, be sure to indicate any food allergies or intolerances. The sooner we are made aware of these conditions, the faster we can provide you with alternate dining options. For teams traveling in large groups, we can also accommodate most needs for boxed lunches that require vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kosher options. Please note that Walt Disney Parks and Resorts will use reasonable efforts to prevent the introduction of the allergen of concern into the food through close attention during our sourcing, preparation and handling processes. However, it is ultimately up to the Guest to use his or her individual discretion to make an informed choice regarding whether to order any particular items. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts cannot guarantee that allergens may not have been introduced during another stage of the food chain process or, even inadvertently, during preparation. We do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen-free items or separate dining areas for Guests with allergies or intolerances.
Q: Am I able to make a Walt Disney World® Resort restaurant reservation from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
A: While you’re on property at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, be sure to visit the Welcome Center, located in the central hub of the complex. Staff members are ready to help with a variety of needs including theme park hours, restaurant reservations, group tours and excursions. You can also utilize the Welcome Center to purchase both theme and water park tickets, inquire about special events happening around Walt Disney World property, and much more. A: At ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, we strive to provide the best possible service to our guests. If you have questions, the best place to find the answer is by visiting the official ESPN Wide World of Sports Welcome Center. Located conveniently in the central hub of the complex across from HP Field House, the Welcome Center is a one-stop shop for all your questions. Whether you need assistance with transportation, tickets, reservations, or just the inside scoop on how to maximize your time at the Walt Disney World® Resort, the Welcome Center team can help you make the most of your Disney experience. A: The ESPN Wide World of Sports Welcome Center is conveniently located in the central hub of the complex, adjacent to HP Field House.

A: You can reach the Welcome Center by calling (407) 541-5600. Hours of availability are based on Complex operating times, so be sure to check online at espnwwos.com.
Facility
Q: Are strollers allowed at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
A: Strollers are allowed inside the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, however, for the safety of our guests, they are prohibited inside the Jostens® Center and HP Field
House. Designated stroller parking is available outside the venues.
Q: Are wheelchairs available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
A: Wheelchairs are available for rent to guests requiring assistance. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchairs may not be reserved and quantities are limited. Pickup and drop off location is at the ESPN Clubhouse Shop located near the Box Office. Daily price: $12.00 (with $100 refundable deposit).
Q: Does ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex have an on-site response team for handling medical emergencies? What other medical assistance is available?
A: Yes, during events, athletic trainers, provided by South Lake Hospital, are present at the Complex and are able to respond to athlete injuries. Athletic trainers, provided by South Lake Hospital, also may be available for preventative taping pre-event, subject to availability and other restrictions.
Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as the Walt Disney World® Resort. AEDs can be used by any Cast Member, or guest, in response to a cardiac emergency. No training or certification is required, as the device will prompt the user with step-by-step verbal instructions. See your official ESPN Wide World of Sports guide map for icons denoting AED locations, or stop by the Welcome Center for more information.
General Policies
Q: Are pets allowed at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
A: Pets are not permitted at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, however trained service animals are allowed at the Complex, as well as most locations throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort.
Q: Is there a smoking policy at ESPN Wide World of Sports?
A: Smoking is permitted in clearly marked, specially selected outdoor areas only. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex currently offers 9 designated smoking areas. These include:

Q: Are there banking services available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex? Where can I find the closest ATM?
A: While ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex does not have an on-site banking facility, we do provide ATM services for guests needing to withdraw cash. There are currently 3 ATM locations available at the Complex. They can be located on the official ESPN Wide World of Sports guide map or by asking a Cast Member. The current ATM locations are:

Guests are able to utilize Suntrust Bank in Lake Buena Vista for any additional banking needs, regardless of whether they have an account or not. Sun Trust Bank is located at 1675 Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. They are open Monday-Friday and can be reached at (407) 762-4786 or (800) 786-8787.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
A: We accept a number of payments at both ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as the Walt Disney World® Resort. These include cash (U.S. Currency), Traveler’s Checks (U.S. Dollars) with valid photo ID, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club). Transportation & Parking
Q: Does ESPN Wide World of Sports provide transportation for guests?
A: All guests are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and other event competition venues unless special transportation has been arranged specifically for your event.
Q: What bus transportation is available to ESPN Wide World of Sports?
A: Bus transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports is available from select Disney Resort hotels – please visit Disneyworld.com for more information.
Q: Is parking available at ESPN Wide World of Sports?
A: Parking is available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. General parking is free and valet parking is available on select event dates for a fee. In the event the Sports Complex parking lots fill to capacity, guests will be directed to alternate parking locations.
