Invictus Games 2016 FAQs
Tickets
Do I need tickets? You will need tickets for each Invictus Games 2016 ceremony or sporting event except for Road Cycling. The Cycling event will take place just outside the gates of EPSN Wide World of Sports and will be a standing spectator event that is free to attend.
How do I buy tickets? How much to they cost? Do you have discounts? To purchase tickets, please visit the ticket information page of our website https://invictusgames2016.info/tickets/ and click on the Ticketmaster button to purchase your tickets on the official Ticketmaster page for Invictus Games 2016 events. Regular tickets (for attendees ages 10-59) are $18 for each sporting event, $65 for the Opening Ceremony, and $45 for the Closing Ceremony. We offer discount ticket prices for children ages 3-9, seniors ages 60+, and all active military and veterans. Children under 3 are free but will need to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Please note that there are no additional discounts for Closing Ceremony tickets as we are giving everyone the discounted price for this event!
I’m having issues buying my tickets! What do I do? For any ticketing issues (for both U.S. and international buyers), or to buy your tickets over the phone, please call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
How do I get a refund? Please call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
How will my tickets be delivered? Tickets will be delivered to you based on the delivery method you chose when you purchased your tickets. If you selected “Will-Call Pick-Up,” your tickets will be available for pick-up at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Box Office.
Seating & Accessibility
Are seats assigned for the events? Seats are assigned during your ticket purchase for the Opening & Closing Ceremonies. There are no assigned seats for any of the sporting events. Rather, you will be able to choose your seat upon arrival at each sporting event.
I need wheelchair seating. How can I request this? If you or someone in your party needs wheelchair seating, simply let any of our event staff know when you arrive at the sporting event or ceremony and they will assist you in getting the needed seating.

Opening Ceremony & Closing Ceremony
Where can I sit for the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony? All seating for the Opening Ceremony & Closing Ceremony is assigned. Please read the “Seating & Accessibility” section above for more details.
What is the timing of the Ceremonies? How early can I arrive? The Opening Ceremony is May 8th, with gates opening at 6pm (18:00) and the event itself running from 8:00-10:00pm (20:00-22:00). The Closing Ceremony is May 12th, with gates opening at 6:00pm (18:00) and the event itself running from 7:00-10:30pm (19:00-22:30).
Can I perform at one of the Ceremonies? All performers for the Ceremonies have already been selected.

Parking
Free parking will be available at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Staff will be on-site to direct you on where to park.
Merchandise
Where can I buy merchandise? Will it be available online? Merchandise will only be available for purchase at the ESPN Wide World Sports Complex and other select Walt Disney World Resort locations, and only during the event days of Invictus Games Orlando 2016.

Sponsorship / Partnership
How can I become an event sponsor? All sponsorship slots for this year’s Invictus Games have been filled, however, you can still make a financial donation. Please see the above donation section for details.
How can my organization get a booth or table at the event? All exhibitor space for Invictus Games Orlando 2016 has been allocated. Only a few spaces were available as most of our venue space goes to directly supporting the sporting events and our competitors. However, given the high demand for booth and table spaces at the 2016 Invictus Games, we are looking into how we might be able to expand the exhibitor space for future Invictus Games.
How can I directly sponsor a competitor, their family, or a nation’s team? We are unable to facilitate the financial sponsorship of specific individuals, families, or teams. However there are many other ways to support such as: making a financial donation to Invictus Games 2016 (see above for details), posting an encouraging comment on one of our social media pages, or purchasing an event ticket to cheer on our incredible competitors in person.
Celebrities
When will Prince Harry, Michelle Obama, Jill Biden, or other celebrities be at the Games? What other celebrities are attending? Prince Harry, Michelle Obama, and Jill Biden will all be attending Invictus Games Orlando 2016, however, we cannot release their specific schedules. As for other celebrities, please see the “Opening & Closing Ceremonies” section above for detail on who is performing or speaking at the Ceremonies. We will not be announcing any other celebrities, however, it is very likely that other celebrities will attend the Games as spectators or special guests.
Will there be meet & greet opportunities for any of the celebrities? There are no meet & greet activities planned, however, you never know what surprise opportunities may arise!
Volunteering
How can I volunteer? We greatly appreciate your support, but all of our volunteer positions for Invictus Games Orlando 2016 have been filled.
Employment
How can I work for Invictus Games Orlando 2016? There are no available staff positions for this year’s Invictus Games. To apply for positions for next year’s Invictus Games, please see the “2017 Invictus Games” section below.
Competitors
How do I become a competitor for future Invictus Games? Competitors are not selected by the Invictus Games Organizing Committee, but by the branches of military service in each participating country.
