Video – Invictus Poem Recited by Invictus Games 2016 Competitors
The Invictus Poem video was debuted during the Invictus Games Orlando 2016 Opening Ceremony. The poem, written by the English poet William Ernest Henley, has inspired generations during times of adversity. The 16 short lines of the poem capture the unconquerable human spirit, which aligns with the core mission of the Invictus Games.
Invictus Games 2016 occurs from May 8 – 12 at ESPN Wide World of Sports and Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida.
